This is to inform that, due to the discontinuation of the Thromde Tshogpa in Gelephu Thromde, ICS services for Birth and Death Registration will henceforth be disabled for applicants registering under Gelephu Thromde. Accordingly, applicants are required to submit their applications manually.
For manual services that previously required Thromde Tshogpa endorsement, applicants shall instead submit a guarantor’s undertaking in place of the Thromde Tshogpa endorsement.
